How We Work

Five stages. One
seamless experience.

A clear, structured process that takes a brand brief from initial discovery through to a fully executed, delivered creative outcome — with no gaps, no surprises, and no loose ends.

From first conversation
to final delivery

Every mARTket project follows the same five-stage framework — adapted to the brief, the service, and the brand. The process is designed to be rigorous without being bureaucratic, and collaborative without being vague. At each stage, you know exactly what's happening and what comes next.

01
Discovery

We understand your brand,
your objectives, your ambition

Before any creative work begins, we invest time in understanding exactly what you need — and why.

This stage is not a formality. We ask the questions that most agencies skip: What does your brand stand for at its core? Who is your audience, and what's the emotional relationship you want with them? What commercial outcome are you trying to achieve? Where has creative work fallen short in the past? What does success look like for this specific project?

Discovery is where we build the brief. Not where we confirm your brief. The output is a shared creative and commercial framework that guides every decision in the stages that follow.

Input

Brand information, campaign objectives, audience brief, budget, timeline, creative references

Output

Validated project brief, defined success criteria, shared creative and commercial direction

Duration

1–3 working days, including discovery session and brief review

02
Curatorial Match

We identify the right artist,
medium, or creative system

This is where mARTket's curatorial expertise creates its most distinctive value.

Armed with a clear brief, we draw on our network of 300+ artists to identify the one (or several) whose creative language, professional track record, and practical capabilities are the strongest possible match for your project. We don't suggest everyone who could theoretically fit. We recommend who we believe will genuinely excel.

You receive a curated shortlist — each artist presented with their work, their creative rationale for this project, and a clear explanation of why we're recommending them. You choose. We execute.

Input

Validated project brief, aesthetic direction, production requirements, budget parameters

Output

Curated artist shortlist with rationale, selected artist confirmation, creative framework

Duration

3–5 working days depending on project complexity and artist availability

03
Creative Direction

We shape the concept, the language,
and the production direction

This is where the creative work takes form — under our direction, in close collaboration with the selected artist.

We work with the artist to develop the creative concept, refine the visual and tonal language, and define the production approach. Our role at this stage is twofold: to protect the integrity of the artist's vision, and to ensure it serves your brand's brief without compromise. These two objectives are not in tension. They're the whole point.

You review creative concepts at defined milestones. Feedback is structured and productive — not open-ended, not recursive. We move through this stage with clarity and purpose.

Input

Selected artist, validated brief, creative parameters, brand guidelines

Output

Approved creative concept, defined production specifications, timeline confirmation

Duration

1–2 weeks depending on scope, including review cycles

04
Production

We manage creation, refinement,
approvals, and execution

Production is where the work is made. We own this entirely.

Whether the deliverable is a limited-edition product, a mural, a campaign asset library, or a brand event, we manage every dimension of the production process — scheduling, supplier relationships, quality checkpoints, revision cycles, and logistics. You are kept informed at meaningful milestones. You are not asked to manage anything.

Our production standards are the same across every project type. We apply the same rigour to a corporate gift box as we do to a retail installation. The brand experience is at stake at every level of execution — we treat it that way.

Input

Approved concept, production specifications, confirmed timeline and budget

Output

Completed creative work — reviewed, quality-controlled, and approved for delivery

Duration

Varies by project type — 1 week (digital assets) to 8 weeks (large-scale installations)

05
Delivery / Launch

We deliver the final brand experience,
ready for its moment

The final stage is about making the work land as well as it deserves to.

Delivery is not just handing over files. It includes final briefing on how to use and present the work, documentation of the creative process (for brand storytelling and content), and — where relevant — logistical coordination for physical delivery, installation, or event execution.

We close every project with a review session: what worked, what the work achieved, and what the natural next project might be. Great brand–art partnerships compound over time. We build for the long term.

Input

Completed, approved creative work ready for its intended environment or channel

Output

Final delivered brand experience — assets, objects, environments, events, or campaigns

Duration

1–5 days for digital delivery; coordinated timelines for physical and event projects
